The Lastest province is Lampang, the city of horse carriage. Lampang is the northern province of Thailand which far from Chiangmai approximately 230 km. Lampang is located in the broad river valley of the Wang River, surrounded by mountain chains. It is one of the province that has the volcano and the lignite mining. Because Lampang is the ancient province, it still has a lot of temples and historical places for the tourist to visit and learn their culture. Within the province, there are a lot of national parks such as Tham Pha Thai, Chae Son, Doi Khun Than, as well as the Huay Tak Teak Biosphere Reserve.
The national park in the province are differences. You can take the different atmosphere from their national park. It is shady with a lot of trees and the plentiful forest. There are many kinds of birds and wild animals.

Little Switzerland of Thailand, Phetchabun
After got the impression of Loei , next province that nearby Loei is Phetchabun. Phetchabun is one of the northern provinces of Thailand (in the area between northern and the central of Thailand), neighboring by Loei and Phitsanulok. The province lies in the broad fertile river valley of the Pa Sak River, with mountains of the Phetchabun mountain range to the east and west. It is surrounded by places of interest, many well-known national parks, beautiful waterfalls and great lakes. Phetchabun has several interested tourist attraction like other provinces. There are a lot of popular destinations such as Phu Hin Rong Kla (related with Loei), Phu Thub Burk, Tat Mok, Nam Nao and Khao Kho.
Phu Thub Burk is the newest tourist attraction and the highest moutains of Phetchabun. Although this just opening recently, it still excited the tourists. Because it is cool all year round and with the agriculture plantation, including various flowers which alternately bloom throughout the year.
Tat Mok National Park has a huge waterfall crevices of the mountains creating a beautiful level fall. On both sides of the trails leading up to it are large, shady trees providing a pleasant surroundings.
Nam Nao National Park is immense tract of forest still in its original state and perfect condition. Nam Nao Park is a huge conservation park where people can learn about plants, wild animals or outdoor activities. Visitors can touch with the great nature and a large number of wild animals. Nam Nao is also a paradise of people who love to watch the birds. It is habitat for more than 100 species of birds. The winter is the most popular season that a great deal of tourists usually come to visit because they can touch with the beautiful sea of frog and the alluring of the forest with many varieties of trees.
Khao Kho is made up of mountain ranges which designated to be " Little Switzerland" from many visitors, because of beautiful scenery and cool weather like Switzerland. The park is charming scenery and great weather. In winter, the temperature can drop to freezing point, mist can cool and pleasant with the deciduous trees and cold flowers that attract many tourists. Besides, the tourists can enjoy with the open zoo and hunting areas.
The festival of Phetchabun that takes an interest is “Um Phra Dam Nam festival”. People of the province relate to the river very much. Such closeness is clearly reflected in the widely known festival ceremonies that call " Um Phra Dam Nam" or Dive the Buddha Image into the Water Festival . This event is annually held on the fifteenth day of the waning moon in the 10 th lunar month of during Sat Thai Period at Trai Pum Temple. After the ceremony, the water in the river is respect as sacred. As a result, people swim in it or take the water to drink before the boat racing begins.

Next Station !!! To Loei ^_____^
Another destination is in the northeast of Thailand, Loei. Loei is one of the provinces that has many tourist attractions. The city is surrounded by the mountain ranges and also covered by foggy lines, abundant with various kinds of flora. The capital Loei is located in a fertile basin. The Mekong river flows through the province. In summer, it is almost hottest city in Thailand and in winter it is cold like in the north. The tourist attractions that well-known ones are Phu Kradueng, Phu Luang and Phu Ruea. Moreover, it has a lot of national park and public park for exercising and relaxing. Loei is one of the provinces that Our Majesty Queen Sirikit choose for her project, Ban Lek Nai Pa Yai Project, Pha Nang – Pha Koeng. Because it has the identity of their traditional culture.
Loei is famous of Bun Luang Festival and Phi Ta Khon. It is held annually in Amphoe Dan Sai on Saturday to Sunday after the full moon day of the 6th lunar month, around June. Phi Ta Khon is a local activity of Amphoe Dan Sai and Amphoe Na Haeo, relating to the belief and faith in Buddhism and the spirit of ancestors.
The other festival that famous and held in winter is Sea of Fog and Beautiful Flower Blossom on Phu Ruea(Winter Flowers Fair) and Dok Fai Ban Makham Wan Mueang Loei Red Cross Fair. The Winter Flowers Fair is held on the ground in front of Phu Ruea District during the New Year Festival, around December – January every year. Dok Fai Ban Makham Wan Mueang Loei Red Cross Fair is held on February every year. Parades from various districts, as well as, cultural performances are highlights of the fair.
And other festival that interesting is Thai – Lao Songkran Festival and Bun Bang Fai Lan Festival which is the biggest festival of Loei.

Chiang Rai is the northernmost province of Thailand. The province that rich in tourism resources in terms of natures and antiquities. It has many kinds of hill tribes who follow fascinating ways of life. Chiang Rai is also a tourism gateway into Myanmar and Laos. The scenery is looks like Chiang Mai. The attractions of Chiang Rai are very interesting such as Doi Tung, Doi Mae Salong, Doi Nang Non, Phu Chi Fa, Wat Rong Khun, The Golden Triangle, Kok River, Chiang Saen, Amphor Mae Sai, etc. With a lot of even and festiaval: Blooming Siao Flower Festival, Songkran Festival and Boat Races of Mueang Chiang Saen, Lichi Fair, Blooming Mexican Sunflower Festival but the most interested one is "Chiang Rai Flower Festival". It is held during the end of December to January in every year. There are flower processions, flower gardens, Miss Thinn Thai Ngarm Contest and also the fair of agricultural products and the variety of flowers. Also has a lot of activities and local product, learn the local cultue and relax with the nightlife.
